RETURN POLICY
Mavericks Wellness has a 7-day return policy for all products. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it was received in and in its original packaging, including your proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@maverickswellness.com. Please include the following in your email: name, date of purchase, order number and reason for return. Please note that online returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 293, Kyle, SK S0L 1T0. Shipping costs for online returns are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGES
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include: dry brushes, books, and abhyanga body oils. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges. Please return your unwanted item and once the return is accepted, please place a separate order for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the return was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your refund please contact us at hello@maverickswellness.com.
